Live & Leave Lightly

Faith, life, love and letting go.

A place to explore what it might mean to live — and eventually leave — a little more lightly.

To notice the good. To make peace where we can. To live consciously and love generously. To hold the tragedy and the comedy of being human, while letting love be the anchoring force through it all.

How do I want to be here while I'm here?

Living lightly

For me, living lightly isn't about pretending that life is always easy.

It's about learning to hold it differently.

With less fear and grasping. More peace and presence. More room for joy.

It's about our faith, our bodies, our belongings and our relationships. The things we carry and the things we might be ready to put down.

It's about finding our way back to God in the middle of ordinary life — and discovering what might happen if we really did let love lead the way.

Reflections on faith, being human, living well and leaving well — and all the beautiful mess in between.
